I Hate Diets

If you are on the internet or watch any TV at all you can’t go 10 minutes with out seeing something about diets.  There is the low carb diet, the high carb diet, the low fat diet, the vegan diet and many, many more.  Why are there so many diets.

Diets don't work they are scams to make money

The reason for this over abundance of diets is no one sticks to a diet.  That is the reason diets are horrible.  This is why I hate diets.  They don’t work.  How many people do you know, have started a diet and got great results for a while but once they started to go away from the diet they gained all of the weight back and feel as bad if not worse than before.  This is the norm for most people if not for you.  A diet is not something which should be used to lose weight then quit.  It is a lifestyle change.  Most people can’t get that in their heads that they will have to be eating this way for the rest of their lives.

Instead of using a diet just look at what you’re eating and change it a little at a time.  By doing this you find a balance between eating healthy and still getting satisfaction from what you are eating.  Or you could try more of these extreme diets and go on that roller coaster some more.
